September’s ‘Add to Cart’

As we welcome a new month, I wanted to share some items I’ve been eyeing (and will more than likely end up in my closet) for this month!

I am absolutely in love with this Pomander Place's Peacock Green Kit Dress from Tuckernuck. The color is perfect for the transition to fall, and I am an absolute sucker for a Peter Pan collar (especially an exaggerated one!)

How I’d Style This:
One thing I love about dresses is they’re so easy to style! It’s practically one and done. For a more casual look, I’d pair this dress with my white slip ons and my trusty red kate spade bag.
For a dressier look, I’d toss on my favorite Sam Edelman Yaro sandals with my blackwatch plaid barrington tote!

This Blazer screams ‘fall is coming’ to me. J.Crew has the absolute best blazers, and this Blazer-jacket in English wool houndstooth is no exception. I have a very similar blazer from last season, but I just might add this to my closet because I could always use a stunning houndstooth piece!

How I’d Style This:
Is there any other way to wear this blazer than rider-chic? I’d rock this with high waisted olive green pants, knee high riding boots, and a plain black turtleneck underneath.

September 1st is the day that the Hogwarts Express delivers students for start of term, so I had to include Vera Bradley's Harry Potter Small Tote. I love this pattern and how you can search for all of the hidden items that are Harry Potter related!
In case you couldn’t tell… I’m a huge nerd, and grew up going to all midnight book premieres of the Harry Potter Series (once they started them, for book five) - so this pattern makes me so happy. It’s such a neutral color, it’s the perfect statement piece that goes with any outfit!

I was obsessed with this Green and Black Plaid Saranac Shirt from Tuckernuck since last season, and I am so glad they brought it back this year! It’s the perfect plaid top, in my opinion - using the subtle puff in the sleeves to bring an extra touch of femininity to a classic wardrobe staple.

How I’d Style This:
You can always go classic with a pair of jeans, but I’d rock this with my faux leather spanx, and my doc martens to really combine the preppy and edgy vibes.

Y’all know my love for Olive & June, and the ombre Pink Cashmere Set is the perfect summer to fall transition mani.

I love Birdies’ shoes - I wore their songbird slides while getting ready on my wedding day! But their new shoes, The Swan in Cherry Blossom? Absolute chef’s kiss. They’re neutral enough of a color that you can match them with practically everything while still being a cute (and oh so comfortable) statement shoe.

Not going to lie, I literally bought these Stabilo's Set of 40 Multicolor Pens right before publishing this post and cannot wait until they come in the mail.

I love journaling, and there’s something about fall and the back to school environment that especially makes me crave new bullet journals and colorful pens.

I’ve been using my current stabilos (which has far fewer colors) for years, especially when habit tracking - so I’m so excited for 40 new colors to add to my repetoire!

What are y’all shopping for in September? Let me know in the comments below!
