Hosting A Halloween Movie Marathon

Spooky Season is HERE and I am ready & excited! One of my favorite ways to celebrate spooky season is by hosting Halloween Movie Marathons with friends. It’s such a fun way to spend a relaxing day with loved ones - and it’s pretty easy to do!

Here’s all you need:

  1. The best snacks: my favorite thing to provide is a charcuterie board, complete with meats (proscuitto and a salami), cheeses (one hard, one soft, one spreadable - my go to’s are a wine aged hard cheese, brie & honey goat cheese), pumpkin butter, delicious crackers or thinly sliced french bread, a dried fruit (apricots or cherries are great), & something crunchy, like marcona almonds. And of course - it’s Halloween, so you need to have that bowl of candy at the ready (Reese’s Pumpkins or bust), and those classic Pillsbury Pumpkin or Ghost cut out cookies, too!

  2. Cozy Blankets & Candles: The more ‘fall’ the scent, the better! My favorite is Charleston Candle Co’s Palmetto Pumpkin.

  3. Halloween Decor: Pumpkins, pumpkins, more pumpkins! Both fake and real alike. And we all know where you can find the best fall home decor (it’s Target, obviously). Bonus points if you hang up fake cobwebs or cheesecloth ghosts!

  4. A Curated Movie Lineup: As a horror lover, I’ve got a treat for you guys. Below are multiple lineups of great spooky, scary, and fun movies that are easy to adjust depending on you and your friends’ tastes.
